PC's have become 'mission critical' to everyone that uses one, especially business, government or educational facilities. If your PC doesn't work, than neither do you, causing inconvenient and costly delays. Integrated Media Technologies has developed a maintenance program that enables you to be proactive in protecting your computer investments.
The low cost IMT PC Maintenance program takes care of the physical cleaning of each PC on your network, eliminating the dust and other artifacts that can cause long-term damage to your heat producing electronic components.

We begin by vacuuming the dust from the CPU case and keyboard, and washing down the externals of the CPU case, monitor and keyboard.
Then we run analysis on the hardware, OS and virus detection.
You are provided with a printout of each PC that informs you of any failures that your equipment is currently experiencing. The documentation can also be added to your asset tracking that will assist you with your budget projections.
The program is typically conducted on a scheduled basis, (typically semi-annual or as it relates to the install environment).

PC Maintenance Program Details:

Technicians will be deployed to perform the PC maintenance at your site, preventing the inconvenience of disassembling the PC from the network and potential damage to your hardware during shipping to service department.

The work performed by the technicians is as follows:

1. Breakdown and vacuum out internals of CPU case

2. Reseat connectors inside CPU case

3. Vacuum out and clean keyboard

4. Wash monitor cabinet and screen

5. Run diagnostic program for hardware condition

6. Run diagnostic program for virus detection and elimination

7. Run program listing all installed software

8. Hardcopy print of the installed software and hardware condition

You will be provided with documentation stating the condition of your PC equipment that will be placed in a binder and used as asset management information.

The program may be scheduled around a non-working or after hour's schedule; (holidays, weekends, etc)
